Foraging expert Bill O`Dea , Chef James Coffey and one of the Irelands top wine experts Gregory Alken, team up to host an exclusive rural retreat in the five-star comfort of the Park Hotel Kenmare.
Over the weekend, the expert foragers will lead excursions into the depths of the local countryside to unearth an abundance of wild seasonal produce. Participants will gain the confidence and knowledge to identify and gather edible mushrooms, while learning how to incorporate these ingredients into delicious dishes accompanied by the perfect wines.
